Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Room Attendant to join our team at RAMADA ENCORE BY WYNDHAM. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in providing exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Ensure all guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
Proven experience as a Room Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
