The Role
Were looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to work directly with our CTO and lead program execution across all major technology streams Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps.Youll act as the connective tissue between engineering teams, product, and leadership ensuring smooth coordination, predictable delivery, and continuous improvement.The CTO will focus on customer requirements, AI initiatives, and platform evolution while you take charge of translating that vision into execution.
What Youll Do
- Drive planning, coordination, and execution across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and DevOps teams.
- Translate business and product goals into clear technical deliverables and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with tech leads to define scope, dependencies, and sprint plans.
- Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks across teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts ensuring alignment between mobile, web, and API systems.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions; understand technical trade-offs and dependencies.
- Manage program dashboards, delivery timelines, and communication with the CTO and leadership team.
- Lead QA coordination, testing, and release planning across teams.
- Join customer discussions when needed, representing the tech team confidently and clearly.
- Drive process improvements in estimation, release management, and quality assurance.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership roles in fast-paced startups or product companies.
- Strong technical foundation ideally with hands-on experience in :
- Python (legacy systems).
- Golang (current backend stack).
- Angular (frontend).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and modern development workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills equally comfortable talking to engineers and customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies with tight deadlines.
