What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits.
- Perform quality checks on completed analyst/senior analyst files
- Provide coaching/feedback to analysts on both individual cases & wider process challenges/ changes
- Act as an escalation point for project – providing clear and concise guidance in line with agreed
- project policies/procedures
- Provide KYC SME guidance to Analysts / Senior Analysts
- Identify / escalate process gaps / issues and work with QC/Process team to rectify within QC team, act as a decision maker in reviewing Quality Control process/policy for remediation You will be working as a part of the Risk & compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels Review of effectiveness, quality, impact and influence of Internal Audit as it pertains to risk management and compliance objectives. In addition, providing advisory and execution to ensure internal audit functions remain fit for the future in line with Internal Audit standards and leading practices - across the dimensions of Governance, Operating Model, Process, Data, Analytics, Technology, Talent, Skills and Performance Management. What are we looking for?
- Experience working in Client On-boarding, Account Maintenance, Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Conducting PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) screening and adverse media checks
- Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability & has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Flexible and able to work well under pressure, manage high volumes, and collaborate with a global team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Roles and Responsibilities:
