Job Description

As a Risk and Compliance Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Risk and Compliance vertical to perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions, and provide closure guidance as needed. Your role will involve designing and recommending effective controls to mitigate risks and assisting the service delivery team in preparing for upcoming client/external audits. You will work as part of the Risk & Compliance team, which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans, specifically related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform compliance reviews and publish reports with actionable insights - Design and recommend effective controls to mitigate risks - Assist in implementing client-designed Sarbanes-Oxley controls into financial processes or supporting technology - Help service delivery team prepare for client/external audits **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Risk & Compliance, specifically related to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) As an individual contributor in this role, you will be required to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive minimal instruction on daily tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and may have implications for others. Additionally, you may oversee a small work effort and/or team. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
