Revenue Specialist

As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist at Deccan, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, streamlining the go-to-market (GTM) motion, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the sales funnel. Deccan AI is a rapidly growing company at the forefront of advanced AI models, working with leading companies like Google and Snowflake. Your key responsibilities will include building and optimizing RevOps infrastructure by designing and managing end-to-end revenue operations systems across CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Apollo, automations, and reporting tools. You will collaborate with the Sales & Growth teams to refine pipeline workflows, lead routing, and performance tracking. Additionally, you will build dashboards and reporting frameworks for key GTM metrics to empower the team with real-time insights. Facilitating alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure that GTM teams work towards shared goals and insights will be crucial. You will also be responsible for evaluating and implementing tools to support scalable RevOps systems, managing integrations, and ensuring data hygiene across platforms. Furthermore, you will partner with sales teams to design and execute GTM campaigns and workflows using the latest AI tools. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth SaaS or AI-focused startup. Deep familiarity with GTM tooling such as HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Zapier is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, with fluency in Excel/Sheets and SQL being a plus. You should have the ability to work cross-functionally, influence without authority, and demonstrate a bias for action and a passion for operational excellence.,
