Revenue Specialist

Qualifications

• Graduates or Post Graduates.
• 0–2 years of experience in hotel reservations.
• Strong technical skills with good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservations and inventory.
• Handle OTA listings and optimization.
• Manage real-time inventory across OTAs such as Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com.
• Operate and manage channel management software.
• Support online sales and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customer accounts through clear and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, complete, and reliable information about our holiday homes and services.
• Effectively handle customer escalations and demanding situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
