Revenue Specialist

As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist at our company, your role will involve implementing and customizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, specifically focusing on CPQ & Billing. You will work on various aspects of Quote-to-Cash processes, such as product configuration, pricing, quoting, orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Additionally, you will be integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with external applications and ERP systems, troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring best practices in Revenue Cloud implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) solutions. - Work on Quote-to-Cash processes including product configuration, pricing, quoting, orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. - Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with external applications and ERP systems. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure best practices in Revenue Cloud implementations. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing). - Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and Declarative configurations. - Experience with Revenue Cloud integrations and deployment processes. - Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and/or Billing Specialist (preferred).
