Senior Engineering Manager We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our software products. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management abilities. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Work closely with product owners to align engineering efforts with business goals. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Ensure the highest standards of software quality and reliability. Oversee code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of engineers. Excellent project management skills and experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Node, Python, Javascript, Typescript etc.). Understanding of mobile app development (e.g. Flutter, React Native or Native development) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment. Knowledge of front-end and back-end development.,
