Revenue Specialist

The company goSTOPS is a leading hostel brand in India, with 35+ locations currently and aiming to add another 60+ properties by the end of 2026. They are seeking a Supply Manager to expand their network by engaging with brokers and consultants. The position will be based in Delhi, requiring travel within North India to evaluate potential properties. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Revenue team to design and execute revenue management strategies for optimizing pricing, occupancy, and revenue per available bed (RevPAB). - Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement. - Generate reports on revenue performance, occupancy, and market segmentation for performance analysis. - Assist in formulating pricing strategies, including room rates, discounts, and promotions. - Implement inventory controls and allocation strategies to maximize revenue and reduce losses. - Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to align pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and promotional campaigns. - Work with Operations to ensure optimal inventory availability and handle overbooking situations effectively. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in revenue management and hospitality. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, pricing analytics, or similar roles in the hospitality sector. - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making. - Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools like channel managers, property management systems, and revenue management software. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across different teams. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management capabilities. - Knowledge of budgeting and financial aspects related to revenue management. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.,
