Role Objective (Very Important)


own the revenue pipeline discipline

  • Capturing every lead
  • Structuring follow-ups
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene
  • Enabling the Founder and delivery teams to close deals faster

does not do cold calling or solution selling

no opportunity is lost due to poor tracking or follow-up



Key Responsibilities:


1️⃣ Lead & CRM Ownership


  • Own Egisedge’s CRM (HubSpot / Zoho)
  • Capture leads from:
  • LinkedIn & DI introductions
  • Website inquiries
  • Partner references
  • WhatsApp / email conversations
  • Maintain accurate contact, company, and deal records



2️⃣ Opportunity Qualification & Deal Staging


  • Classify leads into Egisedge-specific stages:
  • Thought leadership / DI discussion
  • ERP transformation exploration
  • APEX / cost optimization discussion
  • Active requirement
  • Proposal shared
  • Negotiation
  • Won / Lost
  • Ensure every deal has:
  • Clear next action
  • Owner assigned
  • Expected value and timeline



3️⃣ Follow-Up & Conversion Discipline


  • Track all follow-ups and reminders
  • Ensure no prospect goes silent beyond 7–10 days
  • Prepare follow-up emails and summaries for CXO conversations
  • Coordinate meetings, demos, and proposal timelines

4️⃣ Proposal & Pipeline Support


  • Track proposal status (support, implementation, APEX, Instafinz)
  • Maintain proposal repository and version control
  • Support pricing coordination and approval tracking
  • Maintain pipeline visibility by quarter and offering



5️⃣ Founder & Leadership Enablement


  • Act as a 

    right hand

     to the Founder-Director
  • Prepare weekly pipeline snapshots:
  • Active opportunities
  • Value by quarter
  • Bottlenecks and stuck deals
  • Capture learning from lost deals (reason, competitor, timing)
