Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at the Marriott Hotel, with 3-5 years of experience in revenue management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on revenue performance metrics, providing insights for future improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
