About Munjoh

Munjoh Group operates two boutique luxury resorts in the Andamans — in Havelock and Port Blair — known for personalized service, distinctive experiences, and island-inspired luxury.

We’re building a data-driven, commercially strong team and are looking for a Revenue Manager who will own our revenue strategy across both properties, working alongside our current Revenue Manager to drive sustained growth and profitability.

Job Mission

To maximize revenue and profitability across all Munjoh resorts through data-driven pricing, optimized channel management, and strong collaboration between on-ground operations, marketing, and reservations teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing and inventory strategies for both Havelock and Port Blair.
  • Drive RevPAR, ADR, and booking share through strong OTA hygiene, parity checks, and CRM reactivations.
  • Manage channel mix efficiency
  • Analyze and optimize the sales funnel — from lead logging to conversion — ensuring 100% same-day logging and weekly funnel reviews.
  • Coordinate with performance marketing and reservations to align campaigns with demand forecasts.
  • Monitor booking experience metrics (conversion ≥ 35%, call response ≤ 2 rings, CSAT ≥ 4.5/5).
  • Train and coach junior staff on PMS, CRM, and sales discipline (≥ 95% accuracy).
  • Collaborate with the Resort Managers and VP Ops to ensure alignment between pricing, occupancy, and guest experience goals.

  • Hands-on, commercially sharp operator — not just an analyst. You act fast and own your numbers.
  • Problem-solver and doer — when demand drops, you find ways to fill rooms, not excuses.
  • Analytical mind with hospitality instinct — you read data but think like a guest.
  • Disciplined and proactive — works early, checks parity daily, keeps pricing honest across all channels.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in luxury hospitality revenue management (multi-property Resort preferred).
  • Tools: Deep familiarity with PMS/CRM, OTA extranets, and BI dashboards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,226.98 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
