Revenue Manager

We are looking for a skilled Revenue Manager with 7 to 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with Hyatt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and analysis.

• Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through promotional campaigns and events.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue per available room and occupancy rates.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, event planners, and corporate clients.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, sales, and marketing.
