About Us

Munjoh Group operates distinctive luxury resorts in the Andamans, combining tropical beauty with curated experiences. We are now looking for an experienced Resort Manager to lead our properties and drive exceptional guest experiences, team culture, and financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day resort operations across all departments
• Ensure seamless luxury guest experiences and proactive problem resolution
• Drive financial success (target: 10%+ EBITDA growth annually)
• Maintain occupancy of 80%+ with consistent revenue optimization
• Lead, train, and inspire high-performing teams (employee satisfaction ≥85%)
• Uphold service standards, safety compliance, and 2-hour issue resolution benchmarks
• Introduce innovative practices to elevate Munjoh’s guest promise

• Proven leadership in luxury resort management only
• A doer and problem solver with strong operational discipline
• Self-motivated and initiative-taking, able to anticipate and resolve challenges
• Guest-centric, passionate about hospitality and creating memorable stays
• Strong financial acumen and track record of delivering results
