Profile Summary: With 8-10 years of experience, The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and managing key client relationships with hospital management and doctors. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, managing the sales budget, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and providing regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Devise and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
b. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
a. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team to drive high performance.
b. Manage a team of ASMs and KAMs across all centers in the city (team size: 5–6 per center).
a. Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, doctors, and key opinion leaders.
a. Manage sales and performance across all products:
o Inpatient Rehab (IP Rehab)
o Outpatient Department (OPD)
o Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
o Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
b. Oversee sales through all channels: 1. Doctors 2. Digital platforms 3. Offline networks 4. Medical tourism
a. Deliver profitable margins on all product lines.
b. Actively contribute to the unit SMT to ensure the fastest patient recoveries.
a. Lead doctor education and engagement initiatives across the city to foster collaboration and drive referrals.
a. Prepare, manage, and monitor the sales budget effectively.
a. Coordinate with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to align on sales initiatives.
b. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional activities.
a. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and trends.
