Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Overview:

Revenue Head

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute revenue strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and forecast revenue performance across all business units.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth initiatives.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue plans.
Establish pricing models, negotiation strategies, and revenue policies.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to optimize revenue.
Lead, mentor, and manage the revenue team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
Prepare revenue reports and present performance insights to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of proven experience in revenue management, sales leadership, or related roles.
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Leadership qualities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction industry.
Hands-on expertise in CRM, ERP, and revenue management tools.
