Join The Altruist Hotels as a Revenue Analyst and play a key role in driving business performance through smart pricing, OTA management, and strategic insights.

📍 Location: Panchkula (Corporate office)

🕒 Experience Required: 2–4 years in Revenue / OTA / Channel Management

🎓 Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, or relevant experience in Revenue & Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Revenue Manager in implementing dynamic pricing strategies across all online and offline channels.

• Monitor and manage OTA extranets, Channel Manager, and PMS for daily rate and inventory updates.

• Track performance metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy, and Market Share.

• Ensure rate parity and accuracy across all distribution platforms.

• Analyze booking trends, cancellation patterns, and competitor pricing to optimize revenue.

• Support in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly revenue reports.

• Coordinate with property teams to align revenue strategies and ensure smooth execution.

Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with OTA extranets, Channel Manager (Staah) and PMS (Hotelogix)systems.

• Strong analytical and Excel skills.

• Good understanding of revenue metrics and market segmentation.

• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
