Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Revenue Executive to join our team, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management and analysis.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective revenue strategies to optimize hotel occupancy and rates.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
Monitor and report on revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue streams.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Experience working with revenue management systems and software, such as booking platforms and analytics tools.
