Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Revenue Executive based in Junagadh. The Revenue Executive will be responsible for optimizing revenue streams by analyzing market trends, forecasting revenue potential, and managing pricing strategies. The role involves hands-on collaboration with multiple departments, monitoring reservations, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize profitability and occupancy levels. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and MS Office tools such as Excel
• Experience in pricing strategies and forecasting revenue in the hospitality industry
• Ability to effectively collaborate across departments and work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities
• Relevant experience in revenue management or a related field, preferably within the hospitality sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
