Role Overview

Revenue Cycle Leader


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Prior Authorization Operations:

    Oversee the end-to-end PA process — ensuring timely and accurate submission, tracking, and follow-up with insurance companies.
  • Team Management:

    Build, train, and mentor a team of Prior Authorization Specialists, ensuring productivity and process excellence.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor key metrics such as turnaround time, approval rates, and claim accuracy to drive operational efficiency.
  • Process Optimization:

    Identify gaps and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices to scale operations effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with U.S.-based teams, including providers, billing, and customer success, to resolve authorization and payment issues.
  • Leadership & Ownership:

    Take full ownership of results, ensure compliance with company policies, and build a high-performing team culture.
  • Strategic Growth:

    Collaborate with leadership to define growth roadmaps, hiring plans, and technology adoption for the PA function.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in

    Prior Authorization Operations

    (mandatory).
  • Leadership Skills:

    Prior team management experience preferred — ability to lead, motivate, and scale teams.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, insurance workflows, and revenue cycle management.
  • Analytical Mindset:

    Ability to interpret performance data and take data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal English communication; comfortable liaising with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Work Location:

    Open to working from our
