Design and deliver comprehensive RCM performance reporting creating dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis for executive leadership. Partner closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to support revenue goals and resolve RCM issues proactively. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage audit requirements related to RCM and ensure accounting principles, other compliance frameworks are met. Support and guide multilingual AR teams Qualifications: 5-6 + years of progressive RCM experience , with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role managing geographically dispersed teams. Proven success overseeing end to end RCM operations. Strong experience with ERP systems , including Microsoft Dynamics F&O. Hands-on experience implementing or managing RCM automation tools . Advanced Power BI skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and interpret executive-level reporting dashboards. Deep understanding of credit and collections strategies, cash applications, and AR performance metrics. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.
