Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign strategy & execution:
  • Develop and execute push marketing campaigns through email and WhatsApp to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Create tailored messages, promotions, and offers based on customer segmentation, behaviors, and lifecycle stage.
  • Manage campaign timelines, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
  • Content creation & optimization:
  • Craft engaging, persuasive, and personalized copy for emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Design eye-catching and responsive email templates with attention to visual aesthetics and functionality.
  • Optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs (Call-to-Actions) for maximum engagement.
  • Audience segmentation & personalization :
  • Utilize customer data to create targeted, personalized messaging that resonates with different segments.
  • Analyze customer behavior and purchase history to tailor messages that drive action.
  • Analytics & reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) for email and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Generate insights from campaign data to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • A/B test subject lines, message formats, and other elements to optimize engagement.
  • Automation & CRM integration:
  • Implement and manage automated email and WhatsApp flows, such as welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders, re-engagement campaigns, etc.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to ensure seamless integration of customer data into campaign workflows.
  • Compliance & best practices :
  • Ensure all push marketing campaigns comply with relevant laws, including data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective.
