Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews Support employee engagement initiatives such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation and coordinating training sessions Help with HR operations tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR systems Support the performance management process by assisting with goal-setting and feedback collection Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are being followed Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights to our team About Company: We are an e-commerce sales-oriented agency focused on the fashion industry in India.
