Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Support onboarding processes: documentation, induction, and training material circulation
Coordinate with consultants for onboarding, payment verification, and process-related queries
Maintain HR dashboards, employee records, and basic reports
Assist in creating/updating HR policies and standard documents
Support employee engagement initiatives and office activities/events
Help with vendor coordination, office administration, and operational tasks
