Retention Marketing Intern

This role offers hands-on exposure to lifecycle marketing in a fast-paced environment, with an opportunity to directly impact customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push, On-site Messaging, and In-app channels.
• Draft concise and engaging content for campaigns in line with brand tone.
• Coordinate with design teams for creatives and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Set up, test, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation tools like MoEngage/CleverTap.
• Monitor campaign performance (e.g., open rates, CTRs, conversions) and prepare reports.
• Support segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
• Research best practices and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in digital marketing, customer engagement, and analytics.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Prior exposure to digital or retention marketing tools is a plus (not mandatory).
