We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead this grand retail destination.

• Lead and manage a team of 30+ sales professionals in a high-volume luxury retail environment.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, sales performance, inventory management, and customer experience.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments for stock movement, billing, and showroom upkeep.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and adherence to brand SOPs.
• Drive sales and customer engagement through team motivation and service excellence.

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years as a Store Manager in a large-format luxury or jewellery store.
• Proven ability to handle large teams and heavy inventory efficiently.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Noida immediately for pre-launch training.
