Retail Store Manager thanjāvūr 3 years INR 3.6 - 4.2 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with corporate working experience to lead our retail apparel store and oversee all operations. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 30 staff members across various departments and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of 30 staff members, including sales associates, supervisors, and department heads. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets. Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff members. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the buying team to optimize stock levels and product assortment. Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare and present reports to senior management on store performance and key metrics. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail management in the apparel industry for minimum 3 years Proven leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail operations and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management software.
