Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager with corporate working experience to lead our retail apparel store and oversee all operations. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 30 staff members across various departments and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 30 staff members, including sales associates, supervisors, and department heads.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff members.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the buying team to optimize stock levels and product assortment.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on store performance and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management in the apparel industry for minimum 3 years
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management software.
