Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales communication. Coordinate daily boarding operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and pet updates. Liaise with pet parents for timely updates (photos/videos) during stays. Support logistics for pick-up/drop-off and grooming appointments. Maintain records, update booking system, and manage customer feedback. Work closely with the operations team to ensure hygiene, safety, and pet comfort. Key Requirements : Passion for pets and strong people skills. Experience in sales, hospitality, or operations preferred. Comfortable with multitasking and using digital tools (WhatsApp, CRM, Excel). Fluent in Hindi and English.
