Assistant Manager- Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales communication. Coordinate daily boarding operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and pet updates. Liaise with pet parents for timely updates (photos/videos) during stays. Support logistics for pick-up/drop-off and grooming appointments. Maintain records, update booking system, and manage customer feedback. Work closely with the operations team to ensure hygiene, safety, and pet comfort. Key Requirements : Passion for pets and strong people skills. Experience in sales, hospitality, or operations preferred. Comfortable with multitasking and using digital tools (WhatsApp, CRM, Excel). Fluent in Hindi and English. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment
