Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a
team of 30+ sales professionals
in a high-volume luxury retail environment.
Oversee
day-to-day store operations
, sales performance, inventory management, and customer experience.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments for stock movement, billing, and showroom upkeep.
Maintain
high standards of visual merchandising
and adherence to brand SOPs.
Drive sales and customer engagement through team motivation and service excellence.

Requirements:

5+ years
of retail experience, with at least
2 years as a Store Manager
in a large-format luxury or jewellery store.
Proven ability to handle
large teams and heavy inventory
efficiently.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to
relocate to Noida immediately
for pre-launch training.
