Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations efficiently. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination. Handle billing, invoicing, and daily sales reporting. Plan and execute promotional activities and seasonal offers. Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular updates to management. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and brand decorum in the store.
