About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our ColorPlus store at Sarath City Capital Mall. The role demands a results-driven individual who can deliver strong sales performance, build a motivated sales team, and uphold the brand’s premium retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Profitability: Achieve monthly revenue, footfall conversion, and profitability targets through strategic planning and effective execution.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver strong sales performance and premium service. Set individual targets, conduct regular reviews, and celebrate achievements.

Shift Management: Manage rotational shifts and ensure optimal staffing coverage during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Customer Experience: Maintain a customer-first culture by ensuring prompt and personalized service. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Visual Merchandising: Maintain ColorPlus visual standards and brand guidelines across store layouts, displays, and product placements.

Inventory & Operations: Monitor stock levels, plan replenishments, conduct regular audits, and control shrinkage or pilferage.

Performance Reporting: Track key store metrics (sales, conversion rates, basket size, etc.) and share weekly/monthly reports with the management team.

Promotions & Events: Support new product launches, in-store promotions, and local marketing initiatives to drive visibility and walk-ins.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, grooming standards, and store hygiene.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Graduate with 7+ years of experience in fashion/apparel or lifestyle retail management/ / Youngster with 2/3+ years of experience with related education, eager to grow & work.

Proven ability to lead teams, set clear performance goals, and inspire ownership among team members.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for fashion, style, and building long-term customer relationships.

Flexibility to manage rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Able to use AI & tools.

Able to write and speak fluent English.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
