RETAIL SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
We are looking for a high-performing RETAIL SALES & MARKETING MANAGER to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Establishes and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting B2B, D2C and FMCG relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Must have ability to visit different location for B2B sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
• Proven experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service.
• Expertise in B2B, D2C and FMCG sales, and FC operations is top Priority.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in customer relationship and inventory management.
• Strong sales performance analysis and strategic marketing skills.
• Store operations management, including compliance and merchandising.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Must have knowledge in any CRM & Billing Software.
• Languages Required: English, Hindi, Odia
