Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Retail Sales Manager located in Karnal. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage sales activities, and strive to achieve revenue targets. The role includes leading and motivating the sales team, enhancing customer experiences, addressing customer concerns, and implementing sales strategies effectively. Regular reporting on sales progress and ensuring the store environment aligns with the brand image are essential tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales strategies Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to enhance Customer Experience and manage customer relations effectively Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively Organizational and time management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous
