Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily store operations, achieving sales targets, managing staff performance, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store sales team.
• Drive sales performance and meet monthly targets.
• Manage store inventory, stock display, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate sales staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and billing processes.
• Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail store management or sales supervision.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of POS/billing systems and store operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
