RETAIL SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

This is a full-time on-site role for a RETAIL SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE located in Bhubaneswar. The Retail Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, distributors, and businesses, providing product information, assisting with purchases, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The specialist will also be involved in implementing sales strategies and contributing to the overall sales goals of the company.


• Job Type & Location: Full Time (On-Site), Bhubaneswar, India

• Salary Range: 09,000/-  — 20,000/- with Incentive (Depending upon sales)

• Qualification: Min. Graduation with the best knowledge and experience of retail sales and marketing.

• Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 – 3 Years.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting B2B, D2C, and FMCG relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

• Must have the ability to visit different locations for B2B sales.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Required Skills:

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.

• Proven experience in Retail Sales and Customer Service.

• Expertise in B2B, D2C, and FMCG sales, and FC operations is top Priority.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in customer relationship and inventory management.

• Strong sales performance analysis and strategic marketing skills.

• Store operations management, including compliance and merchandising.

• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.


Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Must know about any CRM & Billing Software.


Other Skills:

• Languages Required: English, Hindi, Odia (Hindi and Odia top Priority)
