About the Role We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team for promoting and selling Rooftop Solar Systems across Bihar. The role involves direct home visits, generating leads, convincing customers, and closing sales. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit households and small businesses in assigned areas to promote rooftop solar solutions. Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local networking. Convince potential customers about the benefits of rooftop solar (savings, eco-friendly, government subsidy, etc.). Achieve minimum sales target of 10 rooftop solar installations per month. Maintain daily visit and sales reports. Provide feedback and market insights to the management team. Eligibility & Requirements Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in rooftop solar sales, energy sales, or similar field sales roles. Good communication and convincing skills. Must be willing to travel extensively within Bihar. Basic knowledge of rooftop solar and government subsidy schemes preferred. Own bike and smartphone required (travel allowance will be provided). Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹ 15,000 per month Performance Bonus: ₹500 per sale after achieving the monthly target of 10 sales. Incentive Example: 10 Sales = Target achieved → Full salary + Bonus per sale. Above 10 Sales → Extra ₹500 for each additional sale. Below 10 Sales → Only 50% of salary will be paid. 0 Sales in a month → Immediate termination without any salary.
