JD as follows.
To achieve /exceed the secondaryand primarytargets assigned
by the company.
• Plan and implement coverage to increase the distribution for
company products.
• To appoint the distributorsin the vacant area to improve the
business.
• To visit minimum of 50 outlets per dayand achieve a
minimum productivity of 60% of the outlets visited.
• To book all the Shop/outlet ordersthru SFA/SCA tools.
• Maintain relationship with keyoutlets to build the volume.
• To prepare and submit the claims (if any) on time of the
distributor for faster settlement.
• To reduce the damages and expiry stocks in RDS and outlets
with proper servicing to all outlets.
• To report the completion activities and rates as per the time
lines.
• To analyze and send the reports as per the timelines Daily,
Weekly & Monthly.
