Retail Planner

As a Retail Planner at Indinoor, your role is critical in ensuring that the right products are available at the right time and place. You will collaborate across functions such as buying, merchandising, marketing, and operations to drive retail planning strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Demand Forecasting & OTB Planning - Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal behaviors - Develop accurate demand forecasts across all retail locations - Drive Open-to-Buy planning to align with business objectives - Inventory Management - Optimize stock levels to maintain a balance between availability and cost - Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely stock replenishment - Assortment Planning - Partner with buying and merchandising teams to curate optimal product assortments - Analyze product performance and suggest enhancements to the mix - Sales Analysis - Track and evaluate sales performance across channels, stores, and product categories - Identify business trends and opportunities for growth - Promotional Planning - Collaborate with marketing on promotional calendars and initiatives - Measure promotional effectiveness and impact on sales and inventory - Performance Reporting - Create and manage dashboards and KPIs for retail operations - Present regular reports and actionable insights to the leadership team - Store Allocation - Strategically allocate products based on store performance and customer profiles - Monitor and manage inventory distribution to maximize sales potential - Cross-functional Collaboration - Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams including buying, merchandising, marketing, and operations - Ensure alignment of retail planning strategies with overall business goals Qualification Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment - Strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle retail landscape,
