Fashion Consultant at Mall of India (Noida) and Ambience Mall (Gurgaon) : Job Title: Fashion Consultant Location: Mall of India, Noida & Ambience Mall, Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years preferred in luxury retail/fashion Industry: Fashion Jewelry / Premium Lifestyle Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers to create a luxury shopping experience Understand client needs and style preferences to offer curated styling advice Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate key features and craftsmanship effectively Assist customers with styling, product selection, and cross-selling Build strong customer relationships and maintain a personal clientele book Achieve individual and store sales targets through exceptional service Handle billing, exchanges, and ensure proper packaging of products Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene standards Support store-level events, previews, and VIP client appointments Stay updated on fashion and accessory trends to provide informed recommendations Requirements: Prior experience in luxury fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle retail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Well-groomed, confident, and fashion-forward personality Fluency in English and Hindi Customer-centric mindset with a flair for styling Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per retail hours Availability to work at either Mall of India or Ambience Mall depending on shift allocation Preferred Qualifications: Degree/diploma in fashion, luxury brand management, or retail preferred Existing client base or experience with HNI clientele is a plus Perks & Benefits: Attractive salary with performance incentives Employee discounts Opportunities for growth in a premium brand environment Training on brand aesthetics and styling .
