Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our premium fashion retail store. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing large-format apparel stores with high business volumes and sizable teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations and ensure seamless functioning across sales, customer service, and merchandising. Manage a team of 20+ employees , including Assistant Store Managers, Floor Managers, and Fashion Consultants. Drive business targets with full ownership of store turnover exceeding 20 Cr annually . Ensure world-class customer experience in line with premium retail standards. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation per brand guidelines. Oversee inventory, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
