Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our premium fashion retail store. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing large-format apparel stores with high business volumes and sizable teams. This role is pivotal in driving store profitability, team performance, and delivering an elevated shopping experience aligned with the Iconic brand values. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations and ensure seamless functioning across sales, customer service, and merchandising. Manage a team of 20+ employees , including Assistant Store Managers, Floor Managers, and Fashion Consultants. Drive business targets with full ownership of store turnover exceeding 20 Cr annually . Ensure world-class customer experience in line with premium retail standards. Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation per brand guidelines. Oversee inventory, stock audits, and shrinkage control. Recruit, train, and motivate staff for consistent performance improvement. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Store Manager in premium/luxury apparel brands only. Proven track record of handling large teams (20+ manpower) and high-value store operations. Strong business acumen with the ability to manage and grow a 20 Cr+ business. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. High customer orientation and problem-solving attitude.
