Job description - As a Retail Planner at Aristobrat Retail, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory management and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Inventory Control and Management: Regular Inventory level checks 2. Merchandise Allocation as per launch and various marketplace. 3. Stock replenishment at all sales channel based on sales performance and stock on hand. 4. Regular sales through analysis and various KPI’s throughout the year 5. Allocation of stocks for the upcoming new store. Ensuring stocks display on time. 6. Follow up for order inflow on a weekly or biweekly basis. 7. Visiting stores for the smooth flow in business. 8. Preparing monthly and weekly reports as per requirement. 9. Analysis Update on Plan vs Actuals targets. 10. Aging stock redundancy. 11. Coordinating with the warehouse team for stock flow from warehouse to various sales channel. 12. Waybill coordination. 13. Interacting with the Merchandising team. 14. Interacting with the Logistic team. 15. Achieve primary and secondary targets. 16. On time response to the front end team. 17. MIS – OTB, YTD, Delivery Reports etc. 18. Maintain GRN report. 19. Assist commercial in Reco. 20. Stock Shortage Management. 21. Discount Management
