Role Overview

Retail Merchandiser

smooth merchandise flow, timely replenishment, and strong sell-through performance.

Key Responsibilities

·      Plan merchandising strategies and forecast product requirements based on sales goals, trends, and customer insights.

·      Decide product assortment, pricing, and allocation across categories and stores.

·      Monitor inventory levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize stockouts or overstocking.

·      Track product and category performance, identifying bestsellers and underperformers.

·      Recommend markdowns, promotions, and campaigns to improve sell-through and optimize margins.

·      Prepare and share weekly/monthly merchandising reports with actionable insights.

·      Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

·      Support retail staff with product knowledge and promotion alignment.

·      Coordinate with buying and planning teams for upcoming launches and seasonal rollouts.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of retail merchandising experience

·      Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.

·      Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability.

·      Experience using inventory or merchandising software will be an added advantage.
