Key Responsibilities
· Plan, forecast, and manage product assortments for multiple retail outlets based on market trends and sales analysis.
· Liaise with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely product availability.
· Analyze sell-through reports, stock levels, and category performance to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
· Maintain inventory health by managing stock replenishment and inter-store transfers.
· Work closely with store managers and visual merchandisers to ensure the brand presentation aligns with company standards.
· Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
· Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to support buying and planning decisions.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales and stock performance reports for management review.
· Participate in seasonal product planning and buying meetings.
