The Store Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing store employees, maintaining store standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring the store meets sales goals and performance metrics.
