Resturant manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and team performance. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a hands-on approach to managing staff and creating an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen, and service areas.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cost control through effective budgeting, waste management, and labor efficiency.
• Implement and monitor SOPs for service, food preparation, and cleanliness.
• Work closely with the chef and kitchen team to ensure food quality and timely service.
• Track sales, analyze performance, and create strategies to improve revenue.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy establishment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Good understanding of restaurant financials (P&L, budgeting, cost control).
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.

Good to Have:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Knowledge of local food trends and menu planning.
• Experience with digital marketing for restaurants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
