Key Responsibilities: Supervise restaurant operations and staff. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Monitor inventory, expenses, and achieve sales targets. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints. Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, POSH, Shops & Establishment). Skills & Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service. Knowledge of restaurant operations and inventory management.
