You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure that all rooms are well-maintained and inspected according to set standards. It will be your duty to protect equipment, identify and report any damages or inadequacies, and address any complaints or requests from customers with professionalism and patience. As a Cleaner or Housekeeper, you should have proven experience in similar roles, the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results. Being customer-oriented and friendly is essential, along with good prioritization, time management skills, and the ability to work swiftly without compromising on the quality of work. You will also be required to monitor and replenish stocking levels of consumables and strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and company practices. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages, along with a Craft Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management, will be advantageous. This position offers full-time and permanent job types with a morning shift schedule. Additionally, performance bonuses and quarterly bonuses are included. Food and accommodation will be provided, and the work location is on-site.
